Sustainability

Sustainability, to me, isn’t about perfection or rigid rules. It’s about making intentional choices that actually work in real life.

My approach is shaped by both sides of my background—science and strategy. I studied chemistry with the intention of working in environmental protection, and later built a career in business and marketing. Today, I bring those perspectives together in a way that focuses less on theory and more on what can realistically be applied in everyday life.

I’m interested in practical solutions. The kind that fit into busy routines, that don’t require everything to change overnight, and that can grow over time. Small, consistent choices matter more than ideal scenarios that aren’t sustainable in the long run.

A lot of my work explores ways to simplify—reducing unnecessary complexity, replacing harmful products with better alternatives, and finding approaches that feel both natural and manageable. This often includes DIY ideas, experimentation, and learning through doing, including the parts that don’t work as planned.

I don’t approach sustainability as something that has to be done perfectly. Real life is rarely that controlled. What matters more is awareness, intention, and the willingness to adjust over time.

The goal is not to follow a fixed system, but to create a way of living that feels aligned, practical, and lasting.
